If you read this I am Cindy,I have groomed for 40 something yrs. If you think for one minute mishaps do not happen think again. These are live moving animals. Yes this happened but the owner was offered 1 yr worth of free grooming. Cindy felt like crap over this and she did not even do it. I tried to talk to him the owner...

It's not scruffy 2 Fluffy any more, this groomer left this site, she used to cut our dog's hair, noy it's just this Cindy with Doggy Do's. Please for the safety of your dog don't patronize!!!

This place cut off 1/8 of my dog's tongue! Only the actual groomer himself felt any shame and tried to help. The owner, Cindy, did not call us when it happened and she lied and told us it was nicked! The dog is now on pain killers and anti-biotics. The owner was rude and uncompassionate!
