If you read this I am Cindy,I have groomed for 40 something yrs. If you think for one minute mishaps do not happen think again. These are live moving animals. Yes this happened but the owner was offered 1 yr worth of free grooming. Cindy felt like crap over this and she did not even do it. I tried to talk to him the owner but he told me you did not do this I only need to talk to Jeff, so I backed out . Doggy Do's no longer has Scruffy 2 Fluffy in my building due to theft by Maria. Plz look her up on Starkcjis.org before you give her your business. Remember people accidents happen, NO groomer is accident free. Nparsons I understand how you felt and the vet bill was paid by us. We would not hurt your pet by choice believe me. I love my job and if I remember I groomed your dog twice before the tongue mishap. I truly am sorry this happened and no shop sets out to hurt a pet at least I hope so!!!!!
